The massage therapies I use in my clinic are relaxation and deep tissue massage.  Typically a massage from me will include techniques of both, tailored to your needs.  Massage helps the release of endorphins (your happy hormones) and reduces levels of your stress hormones, helping to relieve stress and tension and leave you feeling relaxed and calm.  There are too many benefits of massage to list, but some include therapy for muscular pain, reduced muscle tension, improved circulation and improved skin tone, and it may help those with stress, tension, anxiety, headaches, insomnia related to stress, and soft tissue (muscular) injuries.
