Hi.  I am Jackie, a naturopath who helps and educates people to achieve great health and happiness.  While treating a wide range of health conditions, I have a special interest in anxiety, depression, stress (overwhelm) and exhaustion.  It is important to me that people feel heard, and feel empowered to take control of their health.  I love dogs, books and chocolate – all of which are good for the soul!
